Confidentiality and Privacy

 Because I work with legal and medical documents, my office is fully compliant with HIPAA and PIPA confidentiality standards. These protections apply to all client work by default, even if your project is not in the medical or legal field. Your files are safeguarded through a range of secure practices, including a locked office with a clean-desk policy, VPN use, file encryption, secure shredding of hard copies, and permanent deletion of digital files after the required retention period. AI tools and software add-ons remain disabled during all project work, and confidentiality is further supported by a strict non-disclosure policy.
