These safeguards apply to all client work by default, regardless of subject area. Files are protected through practical security measures, including a locked office with a clean-desk policy, VPN use, file encryption, secure disposal of hard copies, and permanent deletion of digital files following agreed retention periods. AI tools and software add-ons remain disabled during project work, and all materials are handled under strict non-disclosure.
